• Provide personal care and support to patients in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility
• Follow each patient's care plan and report any changes in condition
• Work alongside nurses, therapists, and facility staff to provide excellent care
• Ensure patient comfort, safety, and dignity in every interaction

• Must be a Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Wisconsin
• OR
• A Resident Assistant (RA) holding all required CBRF certifications as mandated by the state of Wisconsin
• Minimum of one year of experience in a healthcare facility
• CPR certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude
