is seeking a full-time, permanent
Physical Therapist
to join their team!
- Pay ranges from $38.00-$58.00/hourly
The Physical Therapist Job Opportunity:
- Mon-Fri, 8 hour shifts, 4 days/week

The Physical Therapist
Minimum Qualifications:
- Current Wisconsin Physical Therapist license
- Current BLS certification
- Pelvic floor training is highly desirable
