Human Service Professional – Gaining Ground (Full Time)
Seeking a dedicated Human Service Professional to provide trauma-informed, recovery-focused services to individuals experiencing mental health challenges, homelessness, or involvement with the criminal justice system.
Responsibilities include offering support across various settings such as community locations, shelters, jails, offices, and schools, either in person or virtually.
Services encompass

• benefit enrollment (Medicaid, Food Share)
• assistance with social security, IDs, employment, and housing applications
• mental health coordination and recovery support
• life skills, coping strategies, and budgeting guidance
• medication management support
• educational coordination (GED, technical colleges)
• support for comprehensive community services

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor's degree in a human services field and possess a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, strong communication and organizational skills, and experience working with individuals in crisis.
Proficiency with electronic health records and computer applications is required.
