Seeking an Adult Residential Support Professional to join a substance use disorder treatment facility.
Responsibilities include: supporting, monitoring, and interacting with residents, maintaining records, providing medication oversight, assisting with life skills and meal prep, transporting residents, and responding to emergencies.
Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED; experience in social services preferred; valid driver’s license with reliable transportation; ability to communicate effectively; basic computer skills; and willingness to obtain necessary DHS training.
Skills required: patience, self-control, teamwork, problem-solving, confidentiality, and cultural sensitivity.
Additional info: physical mobility, outdoor activity exposure, and ability to travel up to 50% are expected.
