Compensation:

$18 - $26 hourly

Responsibilities:
  • Administer Medications:Dispense medications as directed by the Registered Nurse (RN), maintaining an annual error rate of no more than one mistake
  • Resident Response:Attend to any and all resident call lights within 10 minutes to ensure responsive and attentive care
  • Light Housekeeping:Perform regular light housekeeping in resident rooms at least once weekly to promote a clean and comfortable living space
  • Keep each room up to high standards of sanitization by changing bedpans and sheets, and performing regular room cleaning
  • Service Charting:Accurately document all services provided without missing tasks, ensuring compliance with company standards
  • Assistance with ADLs:Support residents in Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) according to each individual’s Client Service Plan, with a zero-tolerance policy for missed tasks
  • Give patient support with basic care, daily living activities, bathing, getting dressed, going to the restroom, eating regular meals, and taking proper medication dosages
  • Activities:Encourage and initiate activities to enhance residents' mental and physical health and promote socialization
Qualifications:
  • Physical requirements include being able to lift up to 100 lbs, may be required to stoop, bend, reach, and transfer patients up to 250 lbs as needed
  • Some college preferred, but a high school diploma or GED is required
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills are valuable, as is a compassionate, empathetic, and kind personality

Preferred Qualifications:
  • A compassionate, kind, and empathetic personality is essential, with superb organization and communication skills

  • Ability to work every other weekend

  • CBRF Certifications or willingness to obtain during employment

  • Current CNA license- preferred but not required

  • Capable of lifting up to 100 lbs; you may also be required to stoop, bend, reach, and transfer patients up to 250 lbs as needed
