The Richland Hospital, Inc.is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Clinical Support Assistant to support our mission:

Position Summary

As a Clinical Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting physicians and providers with patient care, scheduling, and examinations. You’ll be the first point of contact for patients, helping them feel welcomed and informed while ensuring smooth clinic operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare patients for exams and assist providers during treatments.
  • Take and record vital signs including blood pressure, pulse, and weight.
  • Schedule appointments and manage incoming calls with professionalism.
  • Relay prescription information to pharmacies and ensure referral compliance.
  • Perform basic physiological monitoring and follow provider-directed protocols.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA and organizational policies.

Qualifications

Required Education & Credentials:

  • CPR Certification
