The ideal candidate will have experience in caregiving within assisted living environments and a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for seniors and individuals requiring assistance with daily activities.
Part-Time Night ShiftLess than 30 hours per week
Every other Weekend
Every other Holiday
Key Responsibilities- Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Provide medication reminders and support as directed by healthcare professionals.
- Monitor and report changes in residents’ health or behavior to nursing staff or supervisors.
- Support residents with meal preparation and feeding assistance when needed.
- Engage residents in social and recreational activities to promote mental and emotional well-being.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment for residents.
- Follow all facility policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
- Previous experience as a caregiver in an assisted living or similar setting preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to provide compassionate and patient-centered care.
- Basic knowledge of health and safety standards in assisted living environments.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours as needed.
- CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
