This is a full-time, on-site Clinical Community Pharmacist role located in Richland Center, WI and Boscobel, WI. The Clinical Community Pharmacist will be responsible for providing patient-centered pharmaceutical care, including dispensing medications, counseling patients, and ensuring accurate prescription reviews. Additional tasks include maintaining compliance with applicable regulations, collaborating with other healthcare professionals, and supporting overall patient health and wellness initiatives.

• Expertise in Pharmacy Practice and Pharmacy operations
• Proficiency in delivering patient-focused Pharmaceutical Care and Medicine management
• Experience in Compounding medications and understanding appropriate techniques
• Attention to detail and accuracy in prescription processing and medication dispensing
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Pharmacy license in good standing in the state of Wisconsin
• Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree or equivalent qualification
• Experience in community pharmacy or clinical settings is preferred
