Compensation:16.00 to 18.76 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:- Interviews resident to complete Initial and Annual Assessments
- Facilitates daily events and programming to meet the needs of the residents
- Performs one on one interaction to enhance quality of life
- Implements Plan of Care
- Plans own programs for monthly calendar
- Enable residents to maximize their potential in activity participation through adaption, clues, /prompts and grading.
- Documents quarterly and annual progress notes into Matrix.

Qualifications:Required:
- Sixteen years of age
- Strong desire to work with the elderly
- Must be English literate and possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain composure in stressful situations.
- Knowledgeable with planning, developing and implementing resident crafts.
- Well-developed organizational skills.
- Valid WI Driver's License
