** Shift Details:*
* + 6:00 am to 2:30 pm Monday through Friday.

** Medical Assistant

Duties & Responsibilities:

*
* + Assist physicians and healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures.

+ Obtain and document patient vital signs, medical histories, and other clinical information.

+ Prepare patients for examinations, treatments, and diagnostic procedures.

+ Perform basic clinical tasks such as specimen collection, injections, wound care, and medication administration as permitted by state regulations.

+ Schedule appointments, maintain patient records, and perform other administrative duties as needed.

+ Educate patients on medications, treatments, and follow-up care instructions.

+ Ensure examination rooms, equipment, and supplies are clean, organized, and properly stocked.

+ Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.

+ Follow infection control practices, safety protocols, and facility policies.

** Minimum Qualifications *
* + Current, valid, and unrestricted WI license/certification in good standing, as required for the position.

+ High School diploma or equivalent

+ 1+ years' experience in a hospital, clinic or medical office

+ American Heart Association BLS, for Health Care Providers

+ Certified Medical Assistant through American Associate of Medical Assistants (AAMA) if required by client. If CMA is required by client verification will be completed through AAMA.

+ Copy of current, completed

Primary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required.

+ Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents (e.g., .BLS, N95 fit test, immunization records, TB test, or other client-specific requirements).
