Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to provide exceptional assisted living support to residents in Ladysmith, WI. The ideal candidate will have experience in caregiving within assisted living environments and a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for seniors and individuals requiring assistance with daily activities.

Part-Time Night Shift

Less than 30 hours per week

Every other Weekend

Every other Holiday

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
  • Provide medication reminders and support as directed by healthcare professionals.
  • Monitor and report changes in residents’ health or behavior to nursing staff or supervisors.
  • Support residents with meal preparation and feeding assistance when needed.
  • Engage residents in social and recreational activities to promote mental and emotional well-being.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment for residents.
  • Follow all facility policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a caregiver in an assisted living or similar setting preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to provide compassionate and patient-centered care.
  • Basic knowledge of health and safety standards in assisted living environments.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours as needed.
  • CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
