Caregiver – Part-Time

We are looking for a reliable caregiver who enjoys helping others while promoting dignity, independence, and quality of life.

Location:

Baldwin, WI

Schedule:

1–2 days per week, typically 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Weekend Availability:
Every other weekend, typically one day or the other, 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Position:
Part-time

• Assist the client with daily living and personal care tasks
• Provide companionship and support throughout the day
• Assist with transportation to and from appointments
• Help with everyday activities and maintain a safe, comfortable environment
• Follow the client's care plan while encouraging independence and choice
• Communicate professionally with the client, family members, and the SYNERGY Home Care team
• Complete required documentation accurately

• Dependable, compassionate, and patient
• Comfortable working independently in a client's home
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Able to assist with driving the client to and from appointments
• Successful completion of a background check
• Previous caregiving or healthcare experience is preferred but not required
