Mission Statement:
Tender Touch Therapy provides high quality pediatric physical, occupational, and speech language therapy services. As a comprehensive team, we implement creative and effective treatment strategies in order to maximize functional independence and achieve patient-specific goals. We will advocate on behalf of each child and their family to enhance well-being and improve lifelong wellness.

Licensed:
Must be licensed in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy or Speech Language Pathology

Hours:

30+ hours a week, Full Time

• Manage onsite Clinic Aide
• Training & Onboarding
• Physical building needs, appearance and maintenance communicated to COO
• Hiring and Staff oversight
• Clinic finances
• Facilitating Effective Communication
• Monitor clinic stats
• Oversight of Leads by location
• Marketing
• Assessing performance of onsite staff (admin, clinical, rehab aid)
• Compliance Oversight
• Team Building

Requirements:

60% treatment time, 40% admin time

Attend Manager meetings

Lead weekly Lead meeting

Attend weekly RD meeting

Doc time based on treatment hours

Skills, Responsibilities, Duties:

Effective and efficient problem solver, investigating further when needed

Ability to start and foster relationships

Good organizational skills

Demonstrates appropriate behavioral management techniques

Good communication skills - oral, written, interpersonal – to meet the needs of others
