At Greenway Spring Green, our mission is to enhance the quality of life for our senior residents by meeting their individual physical, emotional, and social needs. We're hiring a full-time or part-time Dietary Aide to join our Spring Green, WI facility and help make every meal a tasty success! This entry-level position works in the Greenway Manor kitchen and dining room, helping the cook provide residents with delicious meals.

DIETARY AIDE BASICS
Pay:
You'll earn competitive pay based on your experience and qualifications. You'll also earn full-time benefits if hired on full-time!
Schedule:
We're looking for someone to work 24 – 32 hours/week (every other weekend required), shift times are 11:15 am – 7:45 pm.
HOW OUR DIETARY AIDES MAKE A DIFFERENCE
You'll work closely with our cook to shape and deliver incredible dining experiences. Your goal is to support efficient meal services and ensure our elderly residents receive the delicious and nutritious food they deserve! You will:
- Set up the dining room before mealtimes
- Help the cook prepare side dishes
- Serve meals and drinks
- Warmly engage with residents and help them out as needed
- Help clean and organize the kitchen and dining room
- Assist with other duties as needed
REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to follow instructions and lists
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and close attention to detail
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Time management skills
- Empathetic heart for helping others, particularly the elderly
While experience would be great, it's not required for this entry-level position.
