Licensed or IT Therapist - Family Centered Treatment

We are seeking licensed or in-training Therapists to join a family-centered, trauma-informed, home-based treatment team. This role involves providing clinical treatment to small caseloads of families, focusing on strengthening relationships and stabilizing or reunifying families through evidence-based practices.

Responsibilities include applying the FCT model, completing Level 1 Certification within 12 months, maintaining accurate documentation, collaborating with families and community partners, and participating in supervision and peer review. The position offers flexible scheduling, including evening hours, and travel to various community settings.

Qualifications required are a Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related fields, practicum experience, a valid driver’s license, and eligibility for licensure per WI requirements. Candidates must pass a background check.
