As a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nursing home, including administrative, clinical, and environmental services. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans, manage budgets, and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.

• Provide leadership and direction to the nursing home staff, promoting a positive and supportive work environment
• Develop and implement effective care plans, ensuring high-quality care for our residents
• Manage administrative tasks, including budgeting, staffing, and inventory control
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as accreditation standards

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a nursing home or healthcare setting.
• Licensure: Current licensure as a Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) in the state of Wisconsin.
