, is seeking a Full-time Activity Aide.

We are looking for compassionate and enthusiastic individuals devoted to fostering meaningful and purposeful lives for our residents. The Activity Aide organizes and participates in person-centered activity programming, including one-on-one interventions, small group facilitation, and large group activities. This role also includes documenting resident participation and the effectiveness of activity approaches in the medical record.

Schedule:
Mondays - Fridays, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

• Assist with planning, coordinating, and implementing activities that meet the physical, spiritual, emotional, and intellectual needs of residents
• Create environments that promote joy, independence, and wellness each day
• Design programs that encourage socialization
• Provide entertainment, relaxation, and fulfillment while supporting daily living skills
• Prepare and maintain reports on resident progress
• Ensure activity areas are safe, clean, and well-maintained
• Generate enthusiasm to encourage and motivate resident participation

• A passion for working with people
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and non-verbal)
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• The ability to remain calm and adapt in changing situations
• The ability to work under stress while remaining caring and kind
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines
• Creativity, imagination, and innovation
• Musical or arts & crafts experience preferred
