This role provides clinical and administrative oversight of physical, occupational, and speech therapy services while maintaining a high standard of patient care, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency. The Rehabilitation Director also functions as a licensed Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant, providing direct patient care as needed.

Physical Therapy Qualifications Graduate of an accredited school with a bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral degree in Physical Therapy.
License as required by the State of Wisconsin to practice as a Physical Therapist.
Physical Therapy Assistant Qualifications Graduate of an accredited school with an associate degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
Certification or license as required by the State of Wisconsin to practice as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
