Rainbow Community Care in Johnson Creek, WI is seeking full-time CNAs to provide compassionate home hospice care in the Northern Dodge County area. The role includes patient visits to homes and care facilities, while supporting comfort and quality of life.
The ideal candidate will hold a Wisconsin CNA certificate, a valid driver’s license, and be willing to participate in weekend/holiday rotations; hospice experience is preferred. A sign-on bonus is available after 6 months of employment.
