Pyramid Global Hospitality - - - Responsibilities:
Supervise, lead, and assist banquet servers and setup staff during events to ensure high-quality service and presentation.;
Review all Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) prior to each function to ensure proper setup, staffing, and timing.;
Conduct pre-shift meetings to review event details, assignments, and service standards with the team.;
Ensure event rooms are properly set up according to diagrams, guest counts, and specifications.;
Oversee service of food and beverages to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and guest satisfaction.
