Pyramid Global Hospitality - - - Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with recipes, resort standards, and guest preferences.;
Set up and break down portable bars according to event specifications and BEOs.;
Verify guest identification and ensure responsible alcohol service in compliance with state and resort policies.;
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of bar stations and surrounding areas throughout service.;
Restock liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, and glassware as needed during events.
