Pyramid Global Hospitality - - - Responsibilities:
Direct and supervise all banquet service operations including setup, execution, and breakdown of events.;
Ensure all events are executed in accordance with Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and resort standards.;
Lead and coach banquet captains, servers, and setup teams to provide professional, courteous, and anticipatory service.;
Collaborate closely with the Culinary, Conference Services, and Audio-Visual teams to coordinate all event details.;
Review daily and weekly BEOs; communicate changes and expectations to staff through pre-shift meetings and event briefings.
