AM Housekeeper

Overview

Sundara is seeking a full-time morning Housekeeper. We are looking for dedicated, detail orientated staff member to assist in the immaculate cleanliness of Sundara's suites and common areas.

• Clean and prepare guest suites and public areas to the impeccable standards of Sundara
• Perform all the details of the Sundara turndown service
• Comply with the established housekeeping policies and procedures
• Follow trained procedures of chemical use and room cleaning
• Report necessary maintenance repairs to the Suite Inspector or Department Manager
• Report unsafe and hazardous conditions to the Suite Inspector or Department Manager
• Graciously perform other housekeeping duties as assigned
• Maintain tranquility, keeping noise levels of voices and equipment in work environment at lowest levels possible

• Be cordial, efficient, knowledgeable and professional in guest contact, at all times maintaining a commitment to guest satisfaction
• Lead with a positive outlook and pleasant personality
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task
• A calm demeanor, radiating calm to co-workers and guests, even during busy times
• Ability to interact with co-workers in a way that strengthens the entire organization
• Able to work with minimal supervision

• Previous housekeeping experience is highly preferred, however we may be willing to train the right individual
• Must be flexible in work scheduling
• Ability to work most weekends, holidays and nights as assigned
• Ability to maintain excellent attendance and punctuality

Pay Starts at: $15.00 per hour
