• Schedule and coordinate all appointments within the spa
• Maintain complete knowledge of all Spa Services and products
• Maintain the Spa facility throughout shift, including laundry, cleaning, food or beverage service
• Escort guests to and from treatments
• Cashiering duties for services and retail
• Answer all incoming calls and schedule appointments
• Other duties as assigned

• Previous customer service experience required
• 1+ years experience in spa industry preferred
• Strong computer, communication and telephone skills
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift 30 pounds throughout a workday
• Must either have MT Food Service Certification or be open to obtaining one upon hire
