You support the conductors of these experiences by helping to organize from A to Z all the events with or without rooms, from negotiation to billing and including on-site reception. Commercial meetings, residential seminars, work workshops with dinner parties or anniversaries: everything is under control!
Through a commercial strategy and a pricing policy defined by the management, and responding to the Head of Sales Groups & Events, you participate and contribute to the development of the turnover by negotiating and realizing the requests of events and accommodation.
On the ground, you coordinate with all the services (Housekeeping, F&B, Kitchen, Reception) and make sure that customer satisfaction is at its best.
Ambassador of the group, you convey our values through your energy and good mood.
