Chico Hot Springs seeks a Front Office Manager to support the Director of Front Office and lead the guest services team at our resort. You will oversee daily front desk operations and ensure courteous service for guests and staff.
Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of front office experience in hospitality, strong communication skills, and knowledge of Opera or Opera Cloud. Flexibility for weekends and holidays is required.
