Front of House Manager
Full Time
Salary up to $65,000 per year (based on experience and shift differentials)

- 3-5 years of experience in hospitality management, including restaurant, caf?, or catering leadership.
- Proven track record in staff management, scheduling, and customer service excellence.
- Strong knowledge of safety, sanitation, and security standards.
- Food safety certification required (Serv Safe or equivalent).
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-outlet environment.
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic Microsoft Office or scheduling software.
- Must be available days, nights and weekends. This position is not remote.
- Manage daily front-of-house operations for the market, caf?, pub, restaurant, and catering services.
- Coordinate catering logistics and execution, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and professionalism.
- Monitor cleanliness, presentation, and functionality of all dining and service areas.
- Set and maintain standards for guest experience, ensuring all interactions are professional, attentive, and solution-oriented.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback to ensure satisfaction and build long-term loyalty.
- Manage FOH inventory, including supplies, uniforms, and service equipment.
- Partner with the culinary team to track and control costs while minimizing waste.
- Support budget goals through efficient resource management and expense monitoring.
- Recruit, train, and mentor FOH team members to deliver consistent, high-quality service.
- Create and manage staff schedules, balancing business needs with labor efficiency.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and guest-focused service.
