Kohler Co. is seeking a Front Desk Coordinator to oversee guest services at our Kohler, WI location. You will register guests, provide information, handle cashiering and guest inquiries, and lead front desk operations to ensure a seamless stay.
We value hospitality basics, night-audit familiarity, and the ability to train and coach associates, maintain daily yield strategies, and resolve escalated guest concerns with professionalism. Evening shifts and some weekend work are required.
