Pyramid Global Hospitality - 2277 Wisconsin Dells Parkway North - Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of all assigned public areas, guest corridors, elevators, restrooms, and back-of-house spaces during PM shifts;
Complete guest room refresh services, turndown service, and special cleaning requests as assigned;
Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests for towels, linens, amenities, cribs, rollaway beds, and miscellaneous items;
Remove trash, used linens, and soiled items from guest rooms and public spaces;
Sweep, vacuum, mop, sanitize, and polish floors and surfaces according to Dellshire Resort standards
