Pyramid Global Hospitality - 2277 Wisconsin Dells Parkway North - Responsibilities:
Supervise daily Food & Beverage operations including restaurants, lounges, pool bars, or banquet outlets as assigned.;
Lead and support front-of-house team members to ensure prompt, professional, and attentive service to all guests.;
Assist with opening and closing duties, ensuring outlets are fully prepared for service.;
Monitor guest satisfaction, respond to feedback, and resolve service issues promptly and courteously.;
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards throughout the outlet.
