Catering Assistant

Kohler is seeking a Catering Assistant to support our Woodlake Market hospitality operations. In this role, you'll assist with food preparation, packaging, and presentation for catered events, help set up and break down buffet and grab-and-go displays, and ensure all areas meet Kohler's high standards for cleanliness and food safety. You'll provide friendly, efficient service to guests, operate basic POS or order systems as needed, and coordinate with culinary and events teams to deliver accurate, on-time orders.

This on-site role offers exposure to Kohler's craftsmanship, hospitality, and commitment to gracious living.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation, packaging, and presentation for catering orders and events
• Set up and break down catering displays, buffets, and service stations at Woodlake Market
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards in all work areas
• Provide courteous, efficient customer service to guests and internal partners
• Coordinate with culinary and events teams to ensure accurate, on-time orders
• Stock, rotate, and organize catering supplies and packaged products
• Operate basic POS or order systems as needed for catering transactions
• Support event execution, including packing, loading, and staging of orders
• Monitor product quality and presentation, addressing issues promptly
• Follow Kohler and Woodlake Market policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
