- Must adhere toand make sure their team adheres toall established rules, regulations, procedures, and policies of North Star Mohican Casino Resort andthe Hotel Department.
- Mustdress professionally.
- Adhere to the highest service standards to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Monitor andexpeditetraffic flow inlobbyfor efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Respond to guest inquiries in an efficient,courteous and respectful manner.
- Make schedule adjustments when necessary and inform the Hotel Manager.
- Evaluate andmonitorthe ongoing performance of team members to ensure exceptional guest service is provided.
- Maintain awareness of and effectively communicatetoother staff andguest’scurrent promotions,eventsand programs.
- Create and complete daily reports from the hotel management system.
- Assistin theon-going training and development of all front desk team members.
- Assume responsibility and perform duties of team members when there are staff shortages or when team members need assistance.
- Coach andcounselteam members when the need arises.
- Conduct performance evaluations for team members.
- Carry out all assignments given by the Hotel Manager.
- Keep the Hotel Manager and in their absence the Hospitality Director informed of all pertinent information daily.

Other duties may be assigned due to business needs and requirements.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- An associate’s degree in hospitality, business, hotel/restaurantmanagementor related field is preferred.
- Previous supervisor/management experience required, preferably incasino/hotel environment.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
- Must have the ability to learn hotel software.
- Must be able toworka flexible schedule when required.
- Must have exceptional guest service skills.
- Ability tomaintainpositive and effective working relationships between departments and employees.
- Must have strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand and implement policies and procedures.
- Ability to plan and multi-task.
- Must havedemonstratedabilitytomaintainsatisfactoryworking record in any prior or current employment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must obtain andmaintaina Gaming License.
- Must follow MICS and TICS requirements per gaming division.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance required.
