Work as a member of a team during events, providing attentive and efficient service to guests.

Serve food and beverages with professionalism and grace, adhering to established service standards.

Pass appetizers and clear plates promptly, maintaining a clean and organized dining area throughout the event.

Set tables according to event specifications, including arranging table settings and polishing silverware to create an inviting atmosphere.

Assist in setting the room for events, ensuring all details are attended to for a seamless guest experience.

Welcome guests warmly, engaging with them to enhance their event experience and address any questions or requests.

Educate patrons about menu offerings and make creative recommendations, utilizing suggestive selling techniques to enhance guest satisfaction.

Work quickly and efficiently, collaborating with team members to solve problems and ensure smooth event execution.

Prior experience in banquet service or a related field preferred, but not required; enthusiasm and a passion for hospitality are valued.

Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and courteously with guests and team members.

Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to adapt to changing situations and handle challenges with poise.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a positive attitude and attention to detail.

Flexibility to work part-time hours, primarily on weekends, to accommodate the demands of event scheduling.
