* The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for supporting Kewaunee Fabrications, located in Kewaunee, WI. This role will be expected to act as a liaison between team members and leadership to answer questions or concerns regarding company policies, practices and regulations. The HR Manager will be the HR leader in a plant of less than 300 union production employees and office employees and will support recruitment, employee relations, compensation & benefits, performance management and other HR functions.

+ Support the business unit area by promotion, communicating, and implementing HR strategies and initiatives within the Kewaunee Fabrication team.

+ Build and maintain influential relationships with the Union Bargaining Committee and all team members to be an effective business partner.

+ Consult with business unit management in the strategic planning process and development of HR strategies that support the business needs.

+ Provide guidance on employment law, coordinate performance management, and resolve employee relations issues.

+ Acts as an expert on HR policies and procedures such as payroll, staffing, benefits, compensation, team member development and recruiting.

+ Ensure planning, monitoring, and appraisal of team member work results by training manager to coach and discipline employees.

+ Lead labor relations effort, including conducting investigations and implementing corrective action; coordinate Union grievance process

+ Responsible for the administration of the collective bargaining agreement, through resolving disputes, handling grievances, assisting throughout the negotiations processes, etc.

+ Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

+ Partner closely with HR Centers of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Learning & Development, Global Compensation & Mobility, etc.) and business leaders across a complex matrix organization to deliver integrated people solutions aligned with strategic business objectives.

* MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

*
* + Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.

+ Eight (8) or more years of relevant HR experience.
