* As a Senior Talent Specialist, you will support both the Talent Team and serve as the initial point of contact for our manufacturing employees across Mukwonago and West Bend. You'll play an important role in maintaining accurate employee data while delivering consistent, high‑quality employee experience in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

* + Documentonsiteemployee inquiries and resolutions in the Workday Help case system to ensure accurate tracking and follow‑up.
+ Skillfully address Help Cases within the Workday platform and over the phone line, ensuringtimelyandhigh-qualityresolutionstogeneralinquiriesregardingbenefits, payroll, time/attendance, and internal Milwaukee Tool Policies.
+ Deliverexceptionalcustomerservicetoemployeesby independently resolving inquiries with empathy, professionalism, and patience in all interactions.
+ EscalatecomplexorsensitiveissuestotheappropriateHRcontactsforresolution.
+ Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Talent policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure accurate and consistent case resolution.
+ Supportemployeedataauditsand employee data pulls for projects as necessary.

FormI-9documentsandtheemployersectionof theFormI-9 within the federally mandated time frames.
+ ResolveanyE-Verifytentativenon-confirmationswhileadheringtorules and regulations.
+ Assistinthenewhireonboardingprocessin Workdayforallnewhires.
+ Create,modifyand/orremoveuseraccountsinspecifictechnologyplatforms.
