We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and people-focused Human Resources Coordinator to join our team.

The successful candidate will play a key role in recruiting and onboarding new employees, supporting employee engagement initiatives, maintaining HR records and systems, and helping ensure compliance across the organization. Position Responsibilities
  • Support HR team with full-cycle recruiting and onboarding activities to create a positive candidate and new hire experience.
  • Support employee engagement, wellness initiatives, recognition programs, and culture-building events.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, personnel files, and HR data.
  • Assist with benefits administration and respond to employee questions regarding HR programs and policies.
  • Prepare HR reports and maintain data accuracy across HR systems.
  • Assist with employee relations processes, including documentation and coordination of meetings.
  • Coordinate recruitment events, including job fairs and hiring events.
  • Communicate HR programs, policies, and updates to employees and leaders.
What You Bring
  • Minimum of two years of experience in an HR support, coordinator, or administrative role.
  • Experience working with HRIS systems and maintaining employee data.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion with sensitive information.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Physical & Work Requirements
  • Frequent computer work, sitting, standing, walking, and communication with employees and leaders.
  • Occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling of materials related to events, training, or office operations.
  • Occasional travel to recruitment events, job fairs, or business-related functions.
  • Work is primarily performed in an office environment with regular interaction throughout the facility.
Schedule

Monday–Friday, daytime hours with flexibility to support recruiting events, employee meetings, training sessions, and business needs as required.
