The Recruiter is a full-time, on-site role based in Kronenwetter, WI. This position is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing candidates, screening applications, conducting interviews, coordinating hiring manager feedback, and extending job offers. The Recruiter will partner closely with department leaders to understand workforce needs, develop job postings, and maintain a strong talent pipeline for manufacturing, engineering, and office roles.

Day-to-day responsibilities include posting jobs across multiple platforms, attending or coordinating hiring events, maintaining accurate candidate records, and ensuring a positive, respectful, and inclusive experience for all applicants. The Recruiter will also help improve recruitment processes, support onboarding activities, and contribute to employer branding initiatives that highlight G3 Industries as a great place to work. The ability to travel to other G3 facilities is required.

• Talent acquisition and recruiting skills, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
• Experience building relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders, with strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS tools, and general HR best practices related to hiring.
• Ability to organize multiple requisitions, manage deadlines, and maintain accurate documentation and reporting.
• Understanding of manufacturing or industrial environments and related workforce needs is highly beneficial.
• Commitment to fair, equitable, and non-discriminatory hiring practices, with strong professional ethics and confidentiality.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to craft clear job postings and candidate communications.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Prior recruiting or HR experience in a corporate or manufacturing setting preferred.
