Responsibilities
The Human Resources Representative supports store leadership by coaching on staffing, workforce planning, training and development, retention, onboarding, employee relations, compensation, EEO, safety, policy, and other HR matters. They serve as the primary HR link between the store and regional HR functions.
- Assist with the staffing, interview and selection process of leadership and non‑leadership roles within the store and manage the applicant tracking system.
- Oversee effective orientation, onboarding and training to drive engagement and retention.
- Champion engagement initiatives such as mTeam, mCulture and mPerformance.
- Ensure and facilitate effective communication among all team members; engage leadership to follow up with staff.
- Assist in reporting, analysis, execution and follow‑up of talent management, talent acquisition and total rewards programs.
- Provide guidance and run reports on individual development plans, talent profiles, development goals, training completion and overall development efforts.
- Offer consultation and recommendations on employee relations activities, dispute resolution, disciplinary actions, terminations and EEO matters.
- Assist with the investigation and resolution of employee complaints or policy violations.
- Provide business partner support regarding company policies and procedures covering employee relations, compensation, benefits administration, talent development and disability services.
- Support HR Market Managers with projects as needed.
- May perform other administrative duties as assigned or required.
- High School diploma or equivalent required;
Associate Degree or higher in Human Resources preferred. - Ability to present thought leadership and demonstrate leadership presence.
- Strong initiative and independent work ethic.

- Excellent communication skills, oral and written, and ability to facilitate small and large group discussions.
