Human Resources Deployment and Implementation

You will deploy and implement the human resources policy of Crédit Agricole de Lorraine, particularly in matters of external recruitment, career management, and skills development.

Within the scope of your responsibilities, your main tasks will include:

Recruitment
  • Advise and support managers in the mobilities and recruitments to be carried out within their entities, in a logic of anticipation, while ensuring the respect of the workforce in your scope and the employment plan. You take charge of the identification of needs, the definition of profiles, the identification of potential candidates, the search for applications, propose solutions to managers and implement internal mobilities.
  • Conduct the external recruitment operations in their entirety: dissemination of offers, participation in forums, sourcing, screening of CVs, interviews, follow-up of the integration of new hires...
  • Propose and implement new recruitment practices (events, tools, employer brand, etc.), in a logic of improvement and attractiveness.
  • Participate in the recruitment campaigns of interns, seasonal jobs, and internships: identification of the company's needs, analysis of CVs, participation in job-dating, recruitment interviews.
  • Ensure the proper follow-up of these profiles to meet our objectives of transformation into permanent contracts.
Career Management
  • Take charge of the development of human resources in your scope in full autonomy: ensure the professional development follow-up of the employees in an individualized manner: career, mobility, and professional orientation interviews.
  • Accompany employees in their professional project, by carrying out regular days of presence on site (travels to be foreseen) and participate in the reviews of personnel.
  • Carry out HR interviews with employees (following annual interviews, long absence returns, departures, punctual requests, etc.) and ensure the follow-up of the actions that result from them.
  • Identify potentials to promote horizontal or vertical mobility, and ensure their implementation.
  • Show proactivity to detect and report HR situations in your scope, propose solutions in conjunction with managers and your colleagues.
HR Projects
  • Lead HR cross-functional projects to promote the proactivity of HR solutions, the respect of the regulation, and the fluidity of exchanges.
  • Participate in particular in projects linked to the company project "Together Build Tomorrow", and more specifically on the attractiveness, recruitment, and integration, pride, and company culture, and employee experience.
  • Translate CR organization projects on the HR dimension Employment/Careers and transformation of trades, ensuring respect for the effective trajectories.
  • Show initiative, propose and improve HR processes and ensure the proper follow-up of HR indicators.
  • Ensure HR monitoring and propose new HR practices.

You work transversally with the other services of the HR department. You show versatility within the team.

In its activity, the collaborator takes into account the environmental and transition issues in coherence with the orientations of the Regional Bank, declined in its policies (credits, financial, outsourcing, real estate, etc.)

All this, in respect of the Relational Model and Customer Satisfaction.

  • Mastery of the human resources domain, particularly in conducting management interviews, career management, or recruitment.
  • Great relational qualities and team spirit.
  • Ability to work transversally, manage projects, and be a force of proposals.
  • Great autonomy and curiosity.
  • Strong commitment and ability to adapt.
  • Openness of mind, listening, sense of client and negotiation.
  • Good mastery of office tools and digital tools in particular social networks.
