What You'll Do
Employee Lifecycle Support
- Coordinate onboarding activities and track completion of new hire requirements.
- Maintain employee personnel files and HR documentation.
- Support employee changes including promotions, transfers, compensation changes, and status updates.
- Assist with terminations, offboarding activities, and separation documentation.
- Monitor onboarding and exit interview completion and reporting.
HR Reporting & Administration
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Assist with HR reports and workforce analytics.
- Review employee timecards and identify discrepancies for supervisor follow-up.
- Support HR audits, reporting, and data integrity initiatives.
- Assist with HR process improvements and documentation.
Employee Engagement & Communication
- Coordinate employee recognition and service award programs.
- Support company events and employee engagement initiatives.
- Maintain employee communications across facility communication boards and screens.
- Assist with workforce communications and employee feedback programs.
Site HR Support
- Facilitate new hire orientation sessions.
- Assist employees with HR forms, payroll inquiries, benefits questions, and UKG self‑service support.
- Support supervisors and managers with routine HR processes.
- Coordinate employee programs such as work boot vouchers and other HR initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of HR, payroll support, benefits administration, office administration, or related experience.
- Experience with HRIS systems, preferably UKG.
- Familiarity with employee records management, and HR processes.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Excellent organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong problem‑solving and relationship‑building skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
