Payroll & Benefits Specialist

Salary: $65,000 - $73,000

Key Responsibilities for the Payroll & Benefits Specialist:

  • Process full-cycle bi-weekly payroll for approximately 500 employees
  • Manage bonus payrolls and quarterly payroll adjustments
  • Administer employee benefits, including enrollments, new hire setup, and open enrollment support
  • Maintain multi-state payroll tax jurisdictions and employee records
  • Utilize ADP Workforce and HRIS systems to ensure payroll and benefits accuracy
  • Analyze payroll and HR data using Excel reporting tools

Qualifications for the Payroll & Benefits Specialist:

  • 2-3+ years of full-cycle payroll processing experience
  • Experience with benefits administration
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables
  • Experience with ADP Workforce or similar payroll systems preferred
  • Multi-state payroll experience preferred
