New Glarus Home is seeking a passionate, people-focused Human Resources Director to join our leadership team.

Responsibilities include:
- Lead all aspects of Human Resources, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, and performance management.
- Support leaders in coaching, engagement, and staff development.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR best practices.
- Help cultivate a positive workplace culture where employees feel valued and supported.
- Partner with leadership to achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications:
- Human Resource experience required; healthcare or long-term care experience preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship building skills.
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Organized, compassionate, and solution-oriented.
