Job Title
The duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate are as follows:
- Speaking fluently in both Spanish and English
- Recruiting will be the majority of the duties
- Handling social media websites including Linkedin and Facebook
- Posting and advertising jobs
- Screening candidates
- Conducting interviews and reference checks
- Entering new hires into the system
- Handling pre-employment testing
- Handling new hire orientations
- Assisting in training
- Assisting in handling company phones
- Working with electrical apprentices and interns
The successful candidate should have the following:
- Possess the ability to speak Spanish and English fluently
- A degree
- Two or more years of employment recruiting experience
- One or more years of social media recruiting experience
- A solid work history
- A US citizen or green card holder
- Have a residence within a 45 minute drive
