Location: West Salem

This role focuses on day-to-day HR support, compliance, and key HR processes, while partnering across the AMI organization on improvement projects.
The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing union relations, staffing, performance management, and HR reporting in a fast-paced environment.
