HR Generalist
Salary: $60,000-$75,000 (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer creation, and onboarding.
- Develop and promote job opportunities through job boards, social media, networking events, and community partnerships while supporting DE&I recruiting initiatives.
- Ensure a positive candidate and new hire experience throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
- Coordinate and continuously improve new hire onboarding programs, communications, and HRIS processes.
- Administer and optimize the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring completion of required training and compliance programs.
- Support talent management initiatives, including career pathing, leadership development, performance reviews, and manager training.
- Serve as the Predictive Index (PI) system owner and leverage assessment tools to support hiring, development, and employee growth.
- Partner with HR leadership on compensation administration, including salary recommendations, market analyses, pay decisions, and internal equity initiatives.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a generalist capacity
- Experience supporting employee relations, benefits administration, and employee lifecycle programs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust across all levels of the organization
- Experience working with HRIS systems and maintaining confidential employee information
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
