HR Generalist - Primary Work Location- Milwaukee
Dousman, WI, US
Primary Work LocationSt Rose campus (Milwaukee) with weekly travel Dousman, WI.
Position PurposeThe HR Generalist ensures Lad Lake has an effective, responsive, and compliant employee lifecycle—from attracting qualified candidates through hiring, onboarding, benefits, leave, employment changes, and ongoing HR support.
The Generalist owns recruiting for assigned positions and serves as a key operational connection between candidates, employees, leaders, and HR. They ensure candidates and employees experience HR processes that reflect Lad Lake's mission and THRIVE.

- Recruiting produces strong candidate pipelines and qualified hires.
- Hiring managers have effective recruiting partnership.
- Leaders receive timely and knowledgeable support throughout the hiring process.

- Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- 3–5 years progressive HR experience.
- Full-cycle recruiting experience required.
