Recruiting Coordinator - Part Time

Job Title: Recruiting Coordinator (Part-Time)

Pay: $20–$24/hour (based on experience)

Schedule: About 24 hours/week (flexible—final schedule set with the hiring team)

Location: On-site in the Manitowoc area (St. Nazianz, WI)

If you enjoy keeping hiring organized and moving—posting roles, tracking applicants, scheduling interviews, and following up for feedback—this is a great part-time opportunity. You’ll be the go-to person who keeps communication timely, details accurate, and candidates informed throughout the process.

• Manage and maintain job postings, with a strong focus on Indeed
• Track applicants and keep the applicant tracking system (ATS) up to date
• Coordinate interview scheduling, confirmations, and candidate communication
• Follow up with internal team members for availability, feedback, and next steps
• Help ensure candidates receive clear updates and a positive experience
• Support additional HR/admin tasks related to hiring and onboarding as needed

• Experience supporting recruiting or hiring coordination (ATS, scheduling, job postings, follow-up)
• Strong Indeed experience (posting, managing applicants, communicating with candidates)
• Comfortable staying organized in an ATS and managing multiple moving pieces
• Professional communication skills (email/phone) and strong follow-through
• Able to handle confidential information with discretion
