Our client’s organization in Fall River, WI is experiencing tremendous growth and are looking for a talented Benefits Manager to help lead the next phase of their employee benefits strategy. This newly created role is ideal for a benefits professional who has experience with self-funded medical plans and is excited by the opportunity to influence strategy, improve employee experience, and build scalable programs for a growing workforce.

You'll help shape benefits programs that support employees while driving business objectives, all within a growing organization committed to investing in its people.

Benefits Manager Responsibilities:
  • Lead the administration and strategic direction of employee benefits programs
  • Manage and enhance a self-funded medical plan while coordinating dental, vision, disability, and life offerings
  • Serve as the key liaison between employees, leadership, brokers, TPAs, PBMs, and other vendors
  • Ensure compliance with ACA, COBRA, ERISA, FMLA, and related regulations
  • Develop employee communication and education programs
  • Lead wellness and well-being initiatives
  • Analyze claims, utilization, and plan performance data to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Manage benefits enrollment processes and employee support
Requirements for Benefits Manager:
  • 3+ years of benefits administration experience with self-funded health plans required
  • Strong understanding of benefits compliance requirements
  • Vendor management and negotiation experience
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • HRIS and Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • SHRM or CEBS certification preferred
