- 3+ years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or related field
- Valid driver’s license (required for field travel)
- Strong influencing and relationship-building skills

- Collaborate with business leaders to understand current and future staffing needs
- Design and execute field recruiting strategies that support those needs
- Source qualified candidates using databases, networking, referrals, job fairs, and online resources
- Lead and organize local job fairs, industry events, and campus recruiting efforts
- Review applications and match candidates to job requirements
