Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting employees? Remedy Intelligent Staffing is seeking an HR Assistant to join our team in Black River Falls, WI. This role combines Human Resources, Safety, Payroll, Training, and Administrative responsibilities, making it a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and making an impact across the organizations!
Day Shift: Part time and Full time hours available
Pay: $23-$28/hr based on experience
Job Duties on a HR Assistant:
- Present safety and training materials to employees.
- Conduct new-hire orientation, including safety, plant policies, schedules, and other required onboarding information.
- Support and mentor new hires during their first several weeks of employment.
- Facilitate and lead monthly Employee Safety Committee meetings.
- Perform weekly, monthly, and annual payroll and reporting responsibilities.
